MUSIC MONDAY: Rainy Milo

First of all,  Happy New Year to everyone!

I haven't had a lot of time to myself since the new year started. However tonight, I decided to just sit down and listen to Radio 1. And I'm extremely glad I did.

Zane Lowe played a track on his show by South-East Londoner Rainy Milo
I became mesmerized with her vocals in 'Bout You', so hit to SoundCloud immediately, to find it and share with you all.

I would highly advise you to listen to all of her songs on there, as I just have.
When discovering new artists, I never normally enjoy all of their songs, like many of these top shots who always have that one crap song on the end of their album.
But luckily in this case, they are all stunning, if that's even a way to describe songs.
Milo's voice is so mature for her age, at only 18.

With talent and music like hers, I expect big things for Rainy Milo in the future.
Stay Tuned...

MUSIC MONDAY: Adi Ulmansky

I'm here to introduce to you Israeli producer Adi Ulmansky.

From an early age, it was confirmed that she was blessed with talent, from Adi's music teacher  "you have a rare gift - music is your destiny".

However, her musical gift did not just cease at production,  she is a singer/songwriter too!

Following her debut EP Shit Just Got Real via a premier with Noisey Music, Ulmansky has been working hard to create a new set of tracks which are just as colourful as her unique fashion sense.
Adi's forthcoming EP Hurricane Girl combines a whirlwind of genres, which I can only describe as underground pop infused with  bold rap and compelling electro beats. Adi's music certainly reflects her trendsetter personality.

My favourite tunes off the new EP have to be Falling and Was It You? as I love to hear Adi showcase her warming vocals. Also, I prefer the slower flow and relaxed side of the production.
Nevertheless, the girl has got skills, and I look forward to hearing more from her!

Hurricane Girl is available to stream on Soundcloud and is set for release on August 19.

MUSIC MONDAY: David Stewart

Now here is a personal favourite of mine, as I've followed David Stewart's career for a few years now, from when I first saw him on stage, back in 2010, playing guitar for Example.

Throughout his time  touring around the world - with Example, Stewart was uploading covers to YouTube and creating music, that would stun many - in different ways.

Focussing now on his own music, David gets to flaunt all of his talents, not only as a singer/musician but as a songwriter and producer too. From his mixtape 'Late Night Viewing', which features the likes of Wretch 32, Ed Sheeran and Example himself, to his newest EP produced by Sango - 'Dark Side of Paradise'.

With years of experience and hard work, he has created a platform for himself, and already has a strong following, who are more than excited for his future in the music industry.

Here is a trailer for his newest single 'Pouring Rain', which will be released on his own label 'Sundream City'.

Stay tuned, as it is set to drop on iTunes on August 11.

MUSIC MONDAY

I wanted to give you 3 beauties this week - from a very popular garage-house duo to fresh, unseen talent.
I thought I'd give you a bit of a mixture.
Aren't I nice?

This post has been long overdue, as I found these songs a few weeks back, but I've been pretty busy recently, so am only just getting the time to show you them, but they were definitely worth the wait!

Let me know your favourite, by giving me a comment.

Disclosure - You & Me (Feat. Eliza Doolittle)

We all know the major success that Disclosure have quickly risen too, since releasing their single, last year, featuring Sam Smith -  'Latch'. They still continue to produce amazing beats which we all know will be part of our soundtrack for summer. The duo have got vocals off the beautiful Eliza Doolittle for their new song  'You & Me' which was released yesterday. The official video includes a familiar face on my blog - freerunner Tim Shieff.

Download it here

Hot Natured - Reverse Skydiving (Feat. Anabel Englund)

Talents have joined together to form the super group that is Hot Natured. This is their new release 'Reverse skydiving' - featuring vocals from Anabel Englund. I love the combination of soulful house with a sprinkle of pop? With its very catchy hook, this is set to be a dance hit.

The release date is 6th May - you can pre-order here

Gorilla On Drums - Stay Young (Feat. David Stewart)

Now here is a personal favourite of mine, as I've followed David Stewart's career for a few years now, from when I first saw him on stage, playing guitar for Example back in 2010.

He posted this song on twitter recently where he provides the vocals for German duo 'Gorilla On Drums'

Its so catchy, and definitely grown on me, as I find myself singing away to it a lot.
Both Gorilla On Drums and David Stewart definitely need more recognition for not just this song, but their other work!

So I thought I would start doing Music Mondays - this is where I will be posting my favourite song of the moment, and hopefully introducing you to some new stuff aswell.

Even though it is Wednesday, I just couldn't let you miss out on this!

TS7 Feat. Taylor Fowlis - Heartlight

Bradford producer TS7 blends house and garage for his new track featuring the wonderful Taylor Fowlis

This tune has picked up my spirits this week from this dingy weather, reminding me that summer isn't far away!
